Sex Toy Happiness Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The Sex Toy Happiness Guarantee applies to all sex toys. Lingerie, lubricants, bondage items or gifts and games are excluded.

To make a claim under the Happiness Guarantee you must:

• have a Lovehoney account. You can create an account here.
• complete a Returns form to let us know you are returning a product - choose "Sex Toy Happiness Guarantee Claim" as the reason for the return.
• return the unwanted product within 30 days of receiving it.

We will send you a replacement product of similar value free of charge. We will contact you to discuss which product will be most likely to make you happy!

The number of replacement products you may receive under the Happiness Guarantee is limited entirely at Lovehoney's discretion.
