Lovehoney Returns Policy and Product Guarantee

Any item purchased between 18th November and 31st December 2019 can be returned to Lovehoney up to 31st January 2020 for a full refund.

Ordinarily, customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to returns items to us. Customers who have purchased items prior to 18th November 2019 can no longer return items to us.

Products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.

To return a product to us, fill in our returns form then follow the instructions you'll receive by email.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.

Sex Toy Happiness Promise

If you're not completely happy with a sex toy you have bought from Lovehoney, let us know why within 30 days of receiving it and we'll replace it with one that we think will work for you.

If you purchased your product after November 18th 2019, you have up January 31st 2020 to claim under the Sex Toy Happiness Promise.

To make a claim under the Sex Toy Happiness Promise, fill in the Returns form below and choose 'Sex Toy Happiness Claim' as the reason for returning the item.

Please note that lingerie, lubes and better sex products and bondage items are not covered by the Sex Toy Happiness Promise.

Product Guarantee

All purchases are covered by our 1-year product guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your product, we'll replace it for up to a year after purchase.
